If your vehicle cannot make it to the shop, McElroy may be able to pick it up locally with its own rollback and bring it directly in for service.
What it is
McElroy has picked up customer vehicles from local residences when the vehicle was not drivable or getting it to the shop was not practical. This is intended primarily for customers bringing a vehicle to McElroy for service or repair.
You may not need to arrange a separate towing company, but pickup is never promised until McElroy reviews and accepts the request.
Include the year, make, model and what appears to be wrong.
Say whether it starts, whether it can move under its own power and whether it is drivable.
Provide the pickup address or a clear location description and reliable contact information.
McElroy will determine availability and cost based on the vehicle, location, timing and situation.
Availability
No fixed service radius is published. Pickup depends on where the vehicle is, what it is, its condition, timing and whether McElroy can accept the associated repair job.
The form lets you provide those details without a long phone call.
Cost
There is no published flat price. McElroy reviews the request and tells you whether pickup is available and what it will cost.
Do not assume vehicle pickup is free.
Scope
McElroy does not advertise 24-hour towing, roadside assistance, accident recovery, highway towing or emergency dispatch. The rollback exists to help accepted repair customers get vehicles to the shop.
