You do not need to know what is wrong before you contact the shop.
Describe the symptoms, when they started, any warning lights and whether the vehicle starts or can be driven. McElroy can use that information to confirm whether the job is a fit and what the next step should be.

Useful boundaries save everyone time.
McElroy no longer sells, installs or services tires. Body work is not performed in-house, though the shop can help with a referral.
Appropriate third-party or customer-supplied parts may be installed on accepted jobs. Include the part information in the service request; McElroy must confirm that the part and job are a fit.
